- What are the shipping charges?
- Free shipping, anywhere in India on orders above Rs.10,000
- Standard Shipping of Rs.99 for orders below 5000 and Rs.149 for orders between Rs.5,001 to Rs. 9,999

- Can I pay by Cash-on-delivery (COD)
- Yes, we now have Cash on Delivery facility available PAN India
- The Cash on Delivery fee is non-refundable
- Do you ship the product(s) to my city?
- India, we got you covered. While we are delivering to almost all nooks and corners, still if your pincode is not yet serviceable by us, we will refund your complete amount within 10 working days, in the same mode of payment.
- How will I get my order(s) confirmation?
- You will receive a confirmation on your registered EMAIL ID/ PHONE NUMBER. In case you do not receive any EMAIL/SMS from us (please do check your spam mailbox as well); please write to us at email@example.com
- When will I receive my order(s)?
- Our products are shipped within 3 business days, once the payment is received. Delivery can take 5-10 business days depending on your location, after the product is dispatched from our facility. (Please note, we do not ship products on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays
- How can I track my order(s)?
- We will share the tracking id on your registered EMAIL ID/ PHONE NUMBER once the product is dispatched from our end.
- What if I miss the delivery of my order(s)?
- We are excited about your purchase with us, and would want to deliver your product at your doorstep ASAP. However, if you miss the delivery, we’ll make one more attempt to deliver your product (you can track your expected delivery date online via the tracking number).Post two attempts, it’ll be shipped back to us and you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update you with the next steps.
- Can I cancel my order(s)?
- Changed your mind? No problem, write at email@example.com and let us know. We are always there to help you.
Changed your mind/ did not like the product, no problem.
At CottonLanes, we believe in creating a blissfull shopping experience. In case you are still unsure or have changed your mind about the product; you can return it to us. However, please make a note of the following conditions:
- If you wish to return the product, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the product(s).
- In case you want to return the product, the product has to be shipped by you and that shipping fee will NOT BE REFUNDED.
- Once the return is confirmed by us, the product should be shipped back to us within 10 business days.
- Please note that all the original tags and packaging has to be sent back with the product.
- The product should be un-used & unwashed.
- The shipping fee ( in case of Standard Shipping and Cash on Delivery) is non-refundable
- Please share the tracking id on email@example.com once you ship the product
- You will receive the refund of the product (once the quality check has been done by our team) in your original mode of payment within 10 business days.
- The products under our SETS collection has to be returned entirely. (You cannot partially keep the product and return the rest)
- Special Case: All products on sale are NON-RETURNABLE.
We will not be able to process the return or refund in case:
- The products WERE under sale AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE
- The products you want to return are intimated to us after 2 days of delivery
- The product doesn’t reach back to our facility within 10 business days
- The returned product is damaged, used or is returned partially
